Tripple berry tart

Berry is in market(and on sale) in southern california.
I decided to make berry tart.
on the other day, I made strawberry jam(sauce) since it they were on sale.




I decided to make NO Pastry cream tart. this one is was pretty easy to make.



The layer is Pate Brisee, homemade strawberry sauce,almond cream mixture(frangipan), another layer of strawberry sauce(after baked) then fresh berries.
