Perfect day for BBQ



It was a beautiful day in Santa Monica yesterday. We decided to do some BBQ.
Since we have never done seafood BBQ, we decided to try.
So, we went to Santa Monica Seafood Company to pick what to grill for dinner....




Brad wanted Salmon, and I wanted Squid. so those are on the menu.
Seasoning was very simple, salt, pepper, lemon zest, garlic powder.
for Squid, I made lemon vinaigrette with olive oil, after they are grilled I tossed into the vinaigrette.

For the side dish, We had Zucchini stake(from my friend Fumi's garden), orange pepper, corn on the cub.






Brad was pretty happy how it turned out.



Especially with cold beer.
