Pear Almond Tart




I guess most of the Pear Almond Tart recipe need pare to be poached before getting into the tart shell but pear I had was already smelling sweet, so didn't even bother cooking them beforehand.

and It came out just fine.


I forgot to buy apricot jam so used homey to glaze. floral honey and pare matched really well together.

Yesterday I made Pear Almond Tart with the rectangular tart pan that I haven't been using for awhile which is really easy shape to cut and share.

I am tasting the tart as I write this, I must say the tart is even better next day!
