Kabocha fall soup



The weather in Santa Monica has been a bit chilly lately, so I decided to make this fall soup with lots of warm spices with Kabocha squash.

For garnish, I drizzle olive oil and some cream.


Spices I used are
*Curry powder
*Cumin
*Nutmeg
*Bay leaf
*Thyme
*salt and pepper.
