Clean up gratin

To clean up in the fridge, I used all the bits of veggies to make gratin. IT became yellow because I used Kabocha pumpkin.

French Press & LION Coffee

For a longtime, I wanted Bodum’s French Press. Finally bought it. Brad and I prefer darker coffee, so I’m sore it will be on the table often…




This is the coffee I found on the other day. It’s called LION Coffee. I have never heard of them, but because it has a cute packaging with clip, I decided to try.
The taste was OK, it was a light side…

Egg sandwich, BBQ chickensalad and potato salad

Here’s the egg sandwich Brad has requested. Plus some leftpver BBQ chicken with salad.
In potato salad, I added some pickles juice and mustard, mayo scallion sour cream for seasoning. It came out pretty good.
