Baked Stuffed Cabbage

Even warm LA gets a little chilly in the morning and night.
so I wanted to make something using the oven.
Normally you make stuffed cabbage with regular kind of cabbage, but I had a big head of Napa cabbage sitting in the fridge so I decided to use them instead.

I first blanched about 10 leaves of napa cabbage in salted boiling water, then cooled.

Make a meatball and start rolling with cooked napa.

Stuffing meat mixture is pork, turkey, minced fennel and onion, parmesan cheese, garlic, nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Then put some tomato sauce at the bottom of the baking fish, then lay rolled napa

By baking in the oven, I found the cabbbage roll kept its shape and easier to make.
