Crab cake

Yesterday, my friend told me Crab can was on sale, she suggested to make crab cake. I have never made it before but have eaten many times.

It was so easy to make and the result was very good.

for the side, arugula with honey balsamic lemon vinaigrette and middle western spiced couscous.

We added red and yellow bell pepper, celery, mayo, panko, lemon zest, parsley, garlic powder and egg.

made crust with panko and fried in shallow oil.
