Chicken Pasta Dish

This is the pasta dish I made for my old NY roommate Hiroko. She loves pasta, Chicken together. It tied together with tomato sauce mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Bunny Cake

The Easter season came again!! For work’s display, I made Bunny Cake again this year. Last time I decollated them with just powder sugar on top. This time I iced them like a fluffy fur with butter cream. It came out pretty cute.

French Toast

This is the French toast I made on the other morning. After soaking bread in the custard mixture, I realized I don’t have any syrup left….. so this is how it came up… raspberry sauce. Frozen raspberry, sugar and water… simmer together and done! It was a little but pulpy… I should’ve strained.. Over all, It was a good combination.
