Chicken taco

I love rotisserie chicken especially Costo's... It's so moist and really inexpensive!!
So we have the chicken with some side dish for a dinner one night but we can't finish a whole chiken, so I shurred it and save for some other dish like chicken soup or these chicken tacos.

I cheated the chicken but made a great salsa using chipotle, lime and more.

ummm..... yummy....

arugura salad

A month ago I made salad with arugura, cherry tomato, mashroom, and some left over roasted beef with dressing of mustard mayo.

Cupcake cupcake cupcake... everybody's going creazy for cupcakes....
My coworker odered cupcakes for her daughter's baby shower....
I was pleased how they came out.
