California sushi bowl
Over the Christmas vacation, after 10days not eating Asian food, my body was craving especially Japanese food. so Brad and I went to Marukai(Japanese grocery store in Torrance) to buy some food.
As Brad's request I made avocado and tuna sushi bowl(deconstructed California roll)
cubed avocado and tuna were dressed in wasabi soy sauce, pickled ginger and sesame oil and topped with seaweed(nori) and sesame seeds.
